Hey!

______________________

Length of tile = 12 cm
Breath of tile = 10 cm
Area of tile = L×B
= 12×10
= 120 cm^2
= 0.012

Length of wall = 4 m
Breath of wall = 3m
Area of wall = L×B
= 4×3
= 12 m^2

Number of tiles needed to cover the wall = 12/1.2
= 1000 tiles

Cost of 1 tile = Rs 22.5
Cost of 10 tiles = 1000 × 22.5
= Rs 22500

Area of one tile = 12*10
                          = 120cm^2

Area of wall = 400*300
                    = 120000 cm^2

tiles Required =  \frac{120000}{120}

tiles required = 1000

Now,

Cost of tiles = 1000×22.50

Cost of tiles required = Rs 22500

i hope this will help you
