A marine fish is kept in freshwater. Answer the following:- a)What would happen to the fish? b)Name the pressure that develops inside the cells of the fish. Plz answer to my question .

a . The fish will die because the body cells of the fish has higher concentration than the surroundings , so water enters the body of the fish by endosmosis which causes turgidity leading to death of fish

b. The pressure is osmotic pressure

A)→if a marine fish is placed in a freshwater aquarium, fish would not be able to survive because fishes are adapted to sea water, fishes body are hypertonic but when water moves to an aquarium it becomes hypotonic. They are unable to regulate the metabolic process in the changed environment and they die.

B)→The pressure is operculum that develops inside the cells of the fish
