f'=200 oscillations

w=\sqrt{ k/m}

  =\sqrt{800/2}

  = 20 rad/s

frequency

f=w/2\pi

 = 20/2x3.14

 =3.18

time= f'/f

      =100/3.18

      =31.4

therefore time taken is 31.4 seconds
