Mass is raised so we have to apply formula mgh
Answer of work done is 30 thousands joules
And now how much power developed
So formula of power is =work done/time =30,000/30=1000watt
So work done is 30*10^3 j and power is 1000watt

Given,

Mass = 500 kg

Height = 6m

Time = 30 seconds.

To Find,

The work done and power developed.

Solution,

The work done in lifting the mass of 500 kg up to a height of 6 m will be

Work done = mgh

Work done = 500*10*6

Work done = 30000 Joules

Now,

Power = work done/time

Power = 30000/30

Power = 1000 watts

Hence, the work done is 30000 joules, and the power developed is 1000 watts.
