A mass rotates in a vertical circle of radius R and has a circular speed at the top. lf the radius of the circle is increased by a factor of 4, circular speed at the top will be increased or decreased by what factor? Explain using law of conservation of mechanical .(Please explain it by providing a detailed solution not an abrupt answer)

velocity= angular velocity * radius

since velocity is constant, then if we increase radius of circle by a factor of 4, angular velocity should decrease by a factor of 4 to keep velocity constant
