Solutions :-

Given :
A match box measure 4cm × 2.5cm × 1.5cm

Find the volume of a match box :-

Volume = (4 × 2.5 × 1.5) cm³
= 15 cm³


Find the volume of a packet contaning 12 such boxes :-

Volume of 1 match box = 15 cm³
Volume of 12 such match boxes = (15 × 12) cm³ = 180 cm³


Hence,
Volume of a packet contaning 12 such boxes = 180 cm³
