Given : a measurement expressed in nx is said to be constant while n and x can change

To Find :  illustrate with one example

Solution:

whenever two quantities are inversely proportional to each other then their product is constant

For example

speed  = Distance / Time

for a  given distance

=> Speed ∝ 1/Time

=> Speed * Time = Distance

n = speed  x = time

n and x can vary but

nx = distance is constant

Similarly for  a given work

number of workers * Number of hrs  = Work Done

number of workers and hours can change

But work done is constant
