A measuring cylinder contains water upto the 46ml mark.When a stone is immersed in it,the water level rises upto 74ml.If the mass of the stone is 45g,find the density of stone. *​

water already contained in cylinder = 46ml

water level rises= 74ml

74 - 46 = 28ml

so it will be the volume...

density =mass/volume

mass= 45ml

volume = 28 ml

density= 1.607 g
