Radius of each hemisphere, r = \sf{\frac{5}{2}mm}

Length of cylindrical position,

\longrightarrow\sf{h = 14mm - (r + r)}

\longrightarrow\sf{(14 - ( \frac{5}{2}  +  \frac{5}{2} ))mm}

\longrightarrow\sf{9mm}

Total surface area of the capsule,

\longrightarrow CSA of the cylinder + 2 × CSA of the hemisphere

\longrightarrow\sf{2\pi \: rh \times 2\pi \:  {r}^{2} = 2\pi \: r(h + 2r)}

\longrightarrow\sf{2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{5}{2} (9 + 2 \times  \frac{5}{2} ) {mm}^{2} }

\longrightarrow\sf{ \frac{110}{7}  \times  {14mm}^{2} }

\longrightarrow{\boxed{\sf{\red{{220mm}^{2}}}}}
