The question is incomplete.

According to a similar question from another website, although all the flowers were violet, half of them were short. The violet flowers are a dominant trait for pea plants, so all the flowers will be violet.

This is because the tall parent plant with violet flowers was not a pure tall plant with the genotype Tt. So, in half of the violet flowers with genotype WW or Ww, the genotype Tt or tt must have been expressed. So, the final genotypes of the plants bearing violet flowers are - TtWw, ttWw, Ttww, ttww.
