A merchant has 120L of oil of one kind, 180L of another kind and 240L of a third kind. He
wants to sell the oil by filling the three kinds of oil in tins of equal capacity. What should
be the greatest capacity of such a tin?

Greatest capacity tin is

HCF of {120,180,240}

=60liters is answer..

(120+180+240)/60=9 tins

hence 9 tins of equal capacity of 60liters is used..
