(a) Meristematic cell contains dense or abundant cytoplasm a single large nucleus
but no vacuole.
(b) In sclerenchyma tissue intercellular space is absent in between the cells.

c... because to impermeable of water (due to no loss of water through transpiration )
b....It is oval, polygonal, round in shape and thick wall are there made up of cellulose, hemicellulose and pectin
because meristematic cell are dividing cell

A) Meristematic tissues are dividing cells, and vacuoles are the cell organells which are used to store food,so meristamatic tissue does not requie vacuoles to store food .hence they lack vacuoles
B) There are no intercelluar spaces present in the scerlenchymatous tissue as it provides rigidity to the plants part in which they are present. They contain a chemical called lignin which acts as a cement like substance which hardens the cels & also the cells of sclerenchyma are dead .
C) Xerophytes are desert plats. So they do not have sufficient water at their disposal. So a thicm waxy layer called cuticle covers the epidemis, to prevent water from evaporating from the palisade mesophyll layer.
