TSA of the container =CSA of cylinder +CSA of hemisphere + area of base

=2πrh + 2r^2 + πr^2

=2πrh + 3πr^2

=πr(2h+3r)

=πr(2 x 7 + 3 x 3.5)

=πr(14+10.5)

=22/7 x 35/10 x 245/10

=269.5m^2
