Step-by-step explanation:

given -vol of big cube =vol of small cubes

formula for volume of cube=a×a×a

where a is side of cube

formula for surface area =6×a

the bigger cube is made into n number of smaller cubes so

vol of n number of smaller cubes=n×a×a×a

surface area=n×6×a'

so the ratio of surface area =6a/n6a'
