Hi friend here is your answer
________________________________________
The metal is highly reactive Zinc
When zinc reacts with the caauatic soda it forms Sodium Zincate with evolution of the H2 gas
Zn + caauatic soda - - - - > Sodium Zincate +H2

Zinc is the metal available in grey colored granule form. When zinc reacts with dil.H₂SO₄ it produces hydrogen gas (H₂) along with the formation of zinc sulphate. Zn + H₂SO₄ → ZnSO₄ + H₂ Hydrogen (H2) is the gas that burns with pop sound. When it reacts with caustic soda (NaOH) it forms sodium zincate with the evolution of hydrogen gas. Zn + water + caustic soda → sodium zincate + hydrogen gas Zn + 2H₂O + 2NaOH → Na₂ [Zn (OH) ₄] + H₂
