using formula,

so, 10^-3 = 1 × 2.5 × 10^-1 (T - 30)
or, 10^-2 = 2.5(T - 30)
or, 10^-2/2.5 = T - 30
or, T = 30 + 0.01/2.5
or, T = 30 + 0.004 = 30.004°C
hence, answer should be 30.004°C
