A metal wire has a sufficient number of moving electrons. But if this wire is not connected to a cell or battery then there is no flow of electric current. Why?​

Answer: I GUESS ITS BECAUSE A METAL CONTAINS ELECTRONS WHICH MOVE RANDOMLY BUT IF CONNECTED TO A BATTERY THE ELECTRONS START FLOWING FROM NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE(REAL MOTION)
