A metal wire of resistance R is stretched to double its length , ratio of its original resistance to that of its new resistance R/R' is;​

Answer:

when the wire is stretched to double the length ,the area of cross section gets reduced to half .so when the wire is stretched ,the resistance multiples by four times.
