total surface area = inner surface area + outer surface area + 2(area of circle with outer radius - area of circle with inner radius)

here outer radius = 3.5+0.7=4.2

TSA= 2π(3.5)50+2π(4.2)50+2[π(4.2)^2 - π(3.5)^2]

=2491.38
