Given Pipe thickness = 0.7m.

Given Inner radius r = 3.5cm.

Given External radius (R) = 0.7 + 3.5 = 4.2cm.

Given length = 50 cm.

Now,

We know that Total surface area = 2π(r +R)(h + R - r)

=> 2*\frac{22}{7}*(3.5 + 4.2) (50 + 4.2 - 3.5)

=> \frac{44}{7} * 7.7 * 50.7

=> \frac{17111.16}{7}

=> 2453.88

Therefore, the total surface area = 2453.88cm^2.

Hope this helps!
