A metallic solid ball of radius 28cm is melted and converted into small solid balls of radius 7cm each .find the number of small balls so formed .

aastha1864: 4 balls
smartPUBGboy: how the process ?? mate :’(
aastha1864: 28 divide by 7 = 4 bcz we r declining the big balls
smartPUBGboy: oooooooooooooo but did y'all know math is weird but thanks (^__^)

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of the solid metallic ball = 4/3*22/7*r^3

=(16*22*28*28)/3 cms cube (or we can write as 275968/3 but the previous value would be easier to solve with)

Volume of small balls=4/3*22/7*7*7*7

=(4*22*7*7)/3 cms cube (or 4312/3 )

No of balls formed= Vol of Solid ball/ Vol of small balls

= (16*22*28*28/3)*(3/4*22*7*7) ...[Taking reciprocal and multiplying]

Everything will cancel out and we get

4*4*4=64 Ball

I hope it helps

It takes a lot of efforts to explain so I'd appreciate if you'd mark it Brainliest...

Thank You

smartPUBGboy: for sure mate

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the no. of small balls be 'X'

Given:-

Radius of Big ball(r1)=28cm

Radius of small ball(r2)=7cm

Volume of = X (Volume of small ball)

Big ball

4/3 π(r1)^3 = X{4/3 π(r2)^3}

(canceling 4π/3 both sides}

28×28×28=X(7×7×7)

X = 28×28×28

---------------

7×7×7

=4×4×4

______

=|64 balls|
