\huge{\bf{\underline{\pink{Answer :}}}}

Given,

  • First Radius [\bold{r_{1}}]  of hemisphere = 4.2 cm
  • Second Radius [\bold{r_{2}}] of Cylindrical = 6 cm

To Find :

  • Height of Cylinder = ?

Solution :

⇒Suppose the height of cylinder be "h"

∵ The volume of object in Cylinder equal to volume of sphere

Therefore,

Volume of sphere = Volume of Cylinder

\implies \bold{\frac{4}{3} \pi [r_1]^{3}} = \bold{\pi [ r_2]^{2}}h

\implies \bold{\frac{4}{3} \pi [4.2^{3} ]} =  \bold{\pi [6^{2}} ] h

\implies \bold{\frac{4}{3} \ x \ \frac{4.2 \ x \ 4.2 \ x \ 4.2 }{36}}

\implies \bold{h = 2.74 \ cm }............................. Answer

Therefore , the height of the cylinder so formed will be 2.74 cm
