Given :- A military camp has provisions for 6330 men to last for 25 days. If 1055 men were transferred to another camp, for how many days would the same provision last for the remaining men ?

Solution :-

we have,

→ Total Provision in the camp = (6330 * 25)

Now, given that, 1055 men were transferred .

So,

→ man left in the camp = 6330 - 1055 = 5275 men .

then,

→ Same Provison last for remaining men = (Total provision) / (remaining men) = (6330 * 25) / 5275 = 30 days. (Ans.)

Hence, the same provision last for the remaining men for 30 days.
