A milk is converted to a curd .Is it physical or chemical change .If physical or chemical change ,give reason for it?

chemical change. when milk changes to curd it is mostly because of a bacteria which speeds up and act as a catalyst for that reaction. since the state of milk is not changed completely it has become paste but smell taste and even enthalpy of milk changes during the process hence chemical change
