SP of 20 litres of milk=Rs (38.50×20)
=Rs770

Gain=Rs25

CP of 20 litre of milk=SP-gain
=Rs (770-25)
=Rs745
CP of 1 litre of milk=Rs (745÷20)
=Rs37.25

Ans:The Cost Price of 1 litre of milk is Rs37.25
