Volume of cylindrical tank
= π r² h
= 22/7 × (1.5)² × 7
= 22 × 2.25
= 49.5 m³ [1 m³ = 1000 liter ]
= 49500 liters
So, 49500 liters of milk can be stored in the tank.

The radius of the milk tank = 1.5 m
The length (height) of the milk tank = 7 m
The volume of milk tank = The quantity of milk that can be stored
= π r ² h
= 22/7 * (1.5) * 7
= 22/7 * 15/10 * 15/10 * 7
= 49.5 m³
we know that,
=> 1m³ = 1000 l
=> 49.5 m³ = (1000 * 49.5) l
=> 49.5 m³ = 495000 l
So, the quantity of milk in litres that can be stored in the tank is 495000 litres
