Answer:

volume of cylinder=πr²h

22/7×2.25×7

49.5

therefore it can store 49.5 litres

Answer :-

  • Quantity of milk in litres in tank = 49500 L

Given :-

  • Radius of tank = 1.5 m
  • Length of tank = 7 m

To Find :-

  • Quantity of milk in litres in tank = ?

Explanation :-

As we know, the  milk will be store in tank. Hence, we need to find the volume of the milk tank.

\blue { \boxed { \bf \bigstar \; Volume \: of \: Cylinder = \pi r^2h \; \bigstar }}

\rm : \; \implies \dfrac{22}{7} \times (1.5)^2 \times 7 \: \: \; \; m^3

\rm : \; \implies \dfrac{22}{7} \times 1.5 \times 1.5 \times 7 \: \: \; \; m^3

\rm : \; \implies 22 \times 1.5 \times 1.5 \: \: \; \; m^3

\rm : \; \implies 33 \times 1.5 \: \: \; \; m^3

\green { \bf : \; \implies 49.5 \: \: \; \; m^3 \qquad \star}

Now, finding the capacity in liters

\rm : \; \implies Litres \: in \: 1 \: m^3 = 1000 \: Litres

\rm : \; \implies Litres \: in \: 49.5 \: m^3,

             \rm = (49.5 \times 1000) \: Litres

             \red { \bf = 49500 \: Litres \quad \star}

Hence, the quantity of milk in the milk tank is 49500 Litres.
