Let r and h be the radius and height of the cylinder respectively

Given that -

r = 1.5 m
h = 7m

Capacity of milk =
$\pi \: {r}^{2} h \\ = > \frac{22}{7} \times 1.5 \times 1.5 \times 7 \\ = > 49.5 {m}^{3}$
To convert it into litre now we divide 49.5 by 1000

so ,
$\frac{49.5}{1000} l \\ = > 0.0495 \: l$
