here is your ans.

for a container (cylinder),

radius =1.5m

length=7m

therefore milk that can be stored in container is=πr^2l

=>22/7*1.5*1.5*7

=>22*2.25

=>49.5m^3

hope it helps❤❤❤❤

sonu5387: thanku but in question there it is saying in litres
djsaranga: ouch !!!!!i didnt saw that
djsaranga: really very very sorry
sonu5387: ok then plss do that for me
sonu5387: if you don't mind
djsaranga: ok
djsaranga: we know that ,1litres =100000^3
djsaranga: therefore ,in litres your answer is 49.5*100000
djsaranga: =>4950000 litres
djsaranga: hope it helps

Question :-

A milk tank is in the form of a cylinder whose radius is 1.5 m and length is 7 m. Find the quantity of milk in litres that can be stored in the tank.

Given :-

  • Milk tank is in cylinder shape.

  • Radius = 1.5m

  • Length = 7m

To find :-

  • Quantity of milk?

  • quantity should be in metres ?

Solution :-

  • r = 1.5 m, h = 7 m

.’. Volume of the milk tank

= π{r}^{2}h

=  \dfrac{22}{7} × 1.5 × 1.5 × 7

= 22 × 2.25

= 49.50 {m}^{3}

__________

Volume of milk in litres

= 49.50 × 1000 L (∵ 1 m3 = 1000 litres)

= 49500 L

Hence, the required volume

= 49500 L.
