⇒ He have 10.75 liters of milk.

Explanation:

1000 ml = 1 liter

∴ 8 liters 250 ml = 8 +(250/1000) liters

                           = 8.00 + 0.25 liters

                           = 8.25 liters

∴ 7 liters 500 ml = 7 + (500/1000) liters

                           = 7.00 + 0.50 liters

                           = 7.50 liters

∴ 10 liters 500 ml = 10 + (500/1000) liters

                            = 10.00 + 0.50 liters

                            = 10.50 liters

Hence,

To the 1st customer he gives 8.25 liters of milk.

To the 2nd  customer he gives 7.50 liters of milk.

To the 3rd customer he gives 10.50 liters of milk.

∴ Total amount of milk he gives to the customers (8.25 + 7.50 + 10.50) liters

                                                                                = 26.25 liters.

He had 37 liters of milk.

∴ He have (37.00 - 26.25) liters of milk

                  = 10.75 liters of milk.
