SP of first buffalo = 20000

Proft = 5%

CP  = x

20000/x  x 100  = 105

x = 19047.62

CP of first buffalo = Rs. 19047.62    .............. (1)

SP of second baffalo = 20000

Loss = 10%

CP = y

20000/y  x 100 = 90

y = 22222.22   -----------------(2)

Total CP = 19047.62  + 22222.22 = 41269.84

Total SP = 20000 x 2 = 40000

40000 ∠ 41269.84

SP ∠ CP

His total loss 41269.84 - 40000 = Rs.1269.84

His loss in perecent = 1269.84/41269.84   x 100 = 3.08%

♠️How??

\implies\sfBuffalo = Rs 20000

\implies\sfThe milkman gain of 5% for selling one buffalo

\implies\sfThat means if C.P = Rs 100

S.P = 105.

C.P. of one buffalo = \bf\frac{2000 * 100}{105}

\implies\sf Rs 19,047.62

Second buffalo was sold at a loss of 10%.

If C.P = 100, then S.P = 90.

C.P. of other buffalo = \bf\frac{2000 * 100}{90}

\implies\sfRs 22222.22

Total C.P. = Rs 19047.62 + Rs 22222.22

\implies\sfRs 41269.84

Total S.P. = Rs 20000 + Rs 20000

\implies\sfRs 40000

Loss = Rs 41269.84 − Rs 40000

\implies\sfRs1269.84
