It means that if you are entirely logical in your decision making you will be willing to change your mind and behavior when proven wrong.

For example, let’s say you are against homosexuality because the Bible forbids it per Leviticus 18:22 “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as it is an abomination.”

If you apply Biblical law to your belief systems, then it is logical to apply all Biblical law—because it is the Mandate of God. And even if you just stick to Leviticus, you will find a difficult time living in the modern world.
