Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given   :-  a-b=0.9,

            :-  ab=0.36

To find :-  a²+b²=?

SOLN :- we know,

             (a-b)²=a²+b²-2ab

Substituting values of (a-b)=0.9 and ab=0.36 in (a-b)²=a²+b²-2ab

=(0.9)²=a²+b²-2(0.36)

=0.81-0.72=a²+b²=0.09

∴a²+b²=0.09 ⇒ ANSWER
