Breadth of mirror = 20 cm  

Width of frame = 2 cm  

So, Outer length = 30 + (2 + 2) = 34 cm  

Outer breadth = 20 + 2 + 2 = 24 cm  

Area of frame = Outer area - inner area

$\sf{= (34 \times 24) - (30 \times 20) = 216 \; sq. cm.}$  

Cost of framing 1 sq.m. = ₹20  

Cost of framing 216 sq.m. = $\sf{216 \times 20 = Rs.4320}$
