A mistake encreases your experience and experience decrease your mistake if you learn from your mistake then others learn from your success.explain plz

Taking from my own experience?This is absolutely right. In the beginning of my every job, I can't count how many mistakes I have done, had to call I.T people, Technicians, audit department..etc., but as for me, taking the risks when I was trying to discover something, that makes me a lot better on my job..it does not matter how many they are, what matter is we learned something from it... Experience decreases mistakes, and a lot of experience,  shall I call it PRACTICE, makes us almost perfect...
so when we commit mistakes we get experience and this experience decreases our mistakes. the person who learn from his mistakes succeeds in his life and that person is remembered by everyone. And then other people learn from his success.
