A mixture consist of 500/11% sand, 400/11% gravel and rest cement. Find the weight of mixture which contains 12.5 kg wt of sand. Also determine the weight of mixture that will contain 4kg wt of cement.​

sand \:  =  \frac{500}{11} \%

grave \:  =  \frac{400}{11} \%

cement \:  = 100\% = \bold{ ( \frac{500}{11}  +  \frac{400}{11} )\% =  \frac{200}{11}  =  \frac{200}{11}\% }

Let the weight of mixture of X

Find the determine the weight of mixture that will contain 1kg of cement. The weight of mixture which contains 12.5kg weight of send

so, \bold{ \frac{500}{11} \%x = 12.5}

 \bold{ \frac{500}{1100} x = 12.5}

 \bold{x = 27.5}

The weight of mixture which contains 12.5kg weight of send is 27.5 kg.

Determine the weight of mixture that will contain 11 kg weight of cement.

 \bold{ so,  \frac{200}{11}\% = 11 }

 \bold{x = 60.5kg}

The weight of mixture that will contain 11kg weight cement of 60.5 kg.
