Step-by-step explanation:

Composition of nitrogen=

 \frac{70}{100} \times 15 = 10.5 \: kg

Composition of sulphur=

 \frac{12}{100} \times 15 = 1.8 \: kg

Therefore composition of charcoal =

15 - (10.5 + 1.8) = 15 - 12.3 = 2.7 \: kg

Answer:

percentage of charcoal =100% - (70 + 12)% =100% - 82%=18%. amount of charcoal in 15 kg of mixture =18% of 15=18/100 x15=18/10=1.8 kg

Hence 1.8 kg of charcoal is present in the mixture
