.A mixture contains I2 and NH4cl and sand only I2 dissolve in CCl4 . How will you separate

Answer:

As iodine dissolves in CCl4, it is filtered, separated and evaporated. Iodine crystals are collected separately. Now remaining are sand and ammonium chloride in the mixture
