then 0.1 atm = 76 mmHg
then the Partial pressure of Water vapours = Pw
Ptotal = PO2 +Pw +Ph2
Pw = Ptotal -(PO2+Ph2)
Pw = 684-(380+76) = 684-456
Pw = 228 mmHg
Correct answer is option B.
