For each conical end :

\sf{r =  \frac{21}{2} cm = 10.5cm,h=9cm}

For the cylinder:

\sf{r=10.5cm,H = 18cm}

Capacity of the tank

= Volume of cylinder + 2 Ă— Volume of a conical end

\longrightarrow\sf{\pi {r}^{2} H+ 2 \times  \frac{1}{3} \pi {r}^{2} h = \pi {r}^{2} (H +  \frac{2}{3} h)}

\longrightarrow\sf{ \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{21}{2}  \times  \frac{21}{2}  \times (18 +  \frac{2}{3}  \times 9)}

\longrightarrow\sf{\frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{21}{7}  \times  \frac{21}{2}  \times 24}

\longrightarrow{\boxed{\sf{\red{8316 {cm}^{2}}}}}
