Molecules with dipole moments experience London or dispersion forces type of intermolecular forces.

Explanation:

When the molecules do not have any dipole moment, then they can experience London or dispersion forces only.

No other type (dipole-dipole or ion-dipole type)  of intermolecular force can exist in such molecules.

London forces are forces that arise due to the momentary formation of dipoles in such molecules. These are very weak forces and diminish after a few molecules only.
