value of coins in the money box is Rs. 78, find the number of one rupee coins.

Let the no. of 1 ruppe coin be 5x and the no. of 2 ruppe coin be 6 x

total money =5x×1+6x×2

5x+12x=85

17x=85

x=5

the no. of one rupee coin is 25

and the no. of 2 ruppe coin is 30
