A money box contains one-rupee and two-rupee coins in the ratio 5:6.if the total value of the money box is₹85, find the number of two-rupee coins.

let the no. of 1 ruppe coin be 5x and the no. of 2 ruppe coin be 6 x
total money =5x×1+6x×2
5x+12x=85
17x=85
x=5
the no. of one rupee coin is 25
and the no. of 2 ruppe coin is 30

then,

=)17x=85
=)x=85/17
