A monkey climbs 2 m up a slippery pole every second and slips down 1 m in the next second . How many second will the monkey take to reach the top of a pole 20 m high ? With solution

It will take 40 seconds because one second for 2m but then the monkey again slips 1m so, for 1m the monkey takes two second then it would be 1 x 2 = 2 and 2 x 20 = 40 ........
