Let the M.P. be Rs.x
⇒Discount=Rs.12% of x=12x/100.
⇒S.P.=M.P.-Discount.
=x-12x/100=88x/100
Since S.P. is also Rs.13200 , by the condition,
88x/100=13200
⇒x=13200*100/88 (by cross-multiplication)
⇒x=15000.
Ans:The Marked Price of the moped is Rs.15000.
