The air is pure as there are quite less vehicles. This is the best time to enrich our mind with beautiful thoughts and vibes of our ownself and our soul. Our subconscious mind is also active during morning. This is the best time to go out and get ourselves refreshed. There are several benifits of a morning walk. We get to breathe fresh and natural air. There is a refreshing vibe in the air. We can maintain our fitness by this too. It is well said that a Sound mind lives in a sound body, but a morning walk gives us both a sound mind a and a sound body. What else is needed then!

We should go on a morning walk daily. We should wake early , bath and get ready with our track suit to go out for a super refreshing blast of life, and that's a morning walk.

I go for a morning walk every day. My friend Raj at accompanies me. Sometimes when he cannot come, I go alone. He is my classmate and lives close to my house. I wake up very early, at 5 am and go out for a walk.
