A mosquito bites a HIV infected person. Then again it bites another person. Will HIV
tranismit to the another person.

Even if a mosquito bites a person who has HIV, then bites someone else, they can’t transmit HIV to the second person.

This is because of the mosquito’s biology, and the biology of HIV itself. Specifically, mosquitoes can’t transmit HIV as they are immune to it.
