A mother age is no equal to the sum of the ages of her 3 children After 8 years, she will be only 3/4 of their united age. How old is she now?​

Answer:

Now the mother's age after 12 years will be current age added 12. ie (X + 12)

Also the ages of the five children after 12 years will be (A+12), (B+12), (C+12), (D+12), (E+12).

Therefore the sum of all of the children's ages after 12 years will be :

A + 12 + B + 12 + C + 12 + D + 12 + E + 12

Which is equal to A+B+C+D+E+60

Using the equation 1, we can reduce the above to : (Y + 60)
