Let the share of mother be x

Hence, share of elder son = 3/8 of x

share of younger son = 1/2 of x

Given, total share = 60000

share of mother + share of elder son + share of younger son = 60000

=> x + ( 3 / 8 of x ) + ( 1 / 2 of x ) = 60000

=> x + ( 3x / 8 ) + ( x / 2 ) = 60000

=> ( 8x + 3x + 4x ) = 480000

=> 15x = 480000

=> x = 32000

Hence,

Share of mother = x = Rs 32000

share of elder son = 3x / 8 = 3(32000)/8 = Rs12000

Share of younger son = 32000/2 = 16000

let the contribution of mother be x

so according to condition given

3/8(x)+1/2 (x)+x=60,000

solving this

30/16 (x)= 60,000

from this we get x = 32,000

contribution of elder sun = 32000×3/8=12000

contribution of younger son= 32000×1/2=16000
