Answer:

It is absolutely true mother is the first teacher in every individual’s life. As a baby grows in his/her mother’s lap, the mother teaches him/her many things. She assists him/her in eating, drinking, balancing, etc.

I the story His First Flight by Liam O’ Flaherty, the mother’s role in teaching the growing babies has been highlighted. The young seagull had fear of jumping from the high sea ledge to fly; his brother and sister had already made their first flight. Everyone was waiting for him to jump and fly and join them on the plateau. He kept sitting on the ledge feeling hungry.

The mother seagull conceived of a plan; she broke a piece of meat from a fish and flew up to the ledge. But she did not go very lose to him. She kept hovering a little away from the ledge. The young seagull in an attempt to take food from his mother, fell from the ledge; this fall compelled him to open his wings. And soon he was flying.

In conclusion we can say mothers really are the first and the best teachers.

Answer:

Mothers give life; they are the ones who hold our hands as we take our first steps; they educate us about the world; but most importantly, a mother serves as a child's first teacher.

Explanation:

A baby seagull who is scared to fly is the subject of "Liam O' Flaherty's" short story "His First Flight." All of his smaller siblings soared freely despite having much shorter wings than he had, but he lacked the bravery to believe in his own wings. He is abandoned the next day, and when he becomes hungry, he tries to get his family members' attention. Only his mother, who is trying to eat a fish that is rotting, recognizes his son. The starving juvenile seagull calls out, hoping his mother will come to his aid. He becomes pleased when he sees his mother approaching him carrying the fish. But when he saw that his mother had halted in the middle, he became enraged and hungry and dove at the fish, temporarily forgetting that he was terrified to fly. He finally took his maiden flight. His entire family surrounds him while cheering and dancing to celebrate his victory.

This demonstrates that parents may adopt tough measures for their children that may seem incorrect at the moment but end up being advantageous for the child.
